'The Loft' at "Where the Mournes Sweep to the sea" is a self-contained loft-space, with a kitchen/dining area with microwave, toaster and kettle, shower room (towels provided) and a living space with sofa, double bed, satellite TV, and wifi access. Although this accommodation is part of our home, it has its own separate entrance.
Located on the Mourne Coastal road, between Newcastle and Annalong, just past the 'Bloody Bridge', we have the Mourne Mountains as backdrop and the Irish sea with views across Newcastle Bay lies to front. You can step out directly onto the Mournes from our property, and also have easy access to the National Trust Coastal Path.
Having experience walking in the mountains, we are happy to advise on walking ideas/routes. We have facilities for storing bikes and outdoor equipment.
