Take a break in this stone built cottage with a cosy charming interior.
On entering the front "stable" door, relax in the sitting room which boasts a traditional fire place (with an efficient wood burning stove) and many period utensils which are attractively displayed. In a small utility room is an automatic washing machine and shower to help you freshen up after a day of walking. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and dining area.
The cottage (with restricted headroom in places, so may not suit tall people!) has 3 bedrooms : a bunk room, a twin bedded room, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. The annex sleeps 2 people.
As well as the woodburning stove, there is additional electric heating in all main rooms – ensuring the house stays cosy no matter the weather outside!
Extensive pine sheeting adds to the charm of the cottage and there is a small, secluded area where visitors may sit and/or barbeque in privacy outside.
