Crotlieve Barn is located in an AONB at the foot of the Mournes, overlooking the beautiful Kilbroney valley to Carlingford Lough, close to Rostrevor.
The converted barn is full of character with King Post Trusses, a new eco conversion with under floor heating, extensive open plan double height living, wood burning stove and exposed beams.
The facilities include a snug/tv room, 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite), utility room with wash & dryer + drying area with boot racks, gear racks & clothes lines and a front deck with external log brazier & barbecue.
Crotlieve also has a private mature secluded garden, secure covered parking for 5 cars & motor home, secure dog pen/run and house, secure lock up, bike racks & washing area.
The Barn is family- and pet-friendly.
The owner has extensive knowledge of all walking & climbing routes in the area.
