Get your walking boots ready and discover the Sperrin Mountains for yourself at the Sperrins 16th Walking Festival 4th to 6th August 2012.
Over the weekend there will be the opportunity for all to enjoy a range of walks including family, moderate and challenging walks all led by professional walking leaders. There will also be activities and entertainment in the evening to relax and unwind after a day in the hills.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, join in on a range of activities and get fit at the same time!
The festival is located in the picturesque village of Plumbridge. Activities and events will take place throughout the weekend. With other activities happening at Gortin Glen Forest Park.
Walks will take in the western Sperrins region and take you off the beaten track. Visit the festival website for a full list of walks and fees. Please note, all walks MUST BE PRE –BOOKED in advance to secure your place. Bookings must be made and paid for no later than Friday 27th July 2012.
