Downhill Guided Walk
Assembly Point: 6:00pm, Bishop’s Gate “ticket hut”.
Enjoy an extended ‘Behind the Scenes’ walk through Downhill Demense, hear about the history of Downhill Palace and estate and learn about the various initiatives underway with the National Trust to protect this iconic site in Binevenagh AONB.
Duration: Approx 2hrs (including
stops for talks/guiding)
Distance: 2-3 miles with regular stops
Surface: Forest paths
Grade: 2
Footwear: Strong/solid footwear. Suitable clothing.
