Weather looks fine for St Patrick's Day on Thursday 17th March. With a public holiday in Ireland this is the perfect opportunity to get out walking.
There are two St. Patrick's Day walks on offer in Northern Ireland.
St Paddy's Celebration Walk - Lecale - Thurs 17th March
A guided 7.5 mile circular walk along country lanes, the shores of Strangford Lough and scenic, quiet rural roads exploring historic places connected to St. Patrick as well as time for some bird spotting and many scenic photo opportunities along the way.
No St. Patrick’s Day would be complete without the drowning of your shamrock so a nip of Irish whiskey will be provided along the way!
