If you haven't already heard, in 2011 the 'Ireland to Everest' team of Cian O’Brolchain, Ian Taylor and Robbie Kelly have been raising money for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Association of Ireland by setting themselves the challenge of climbing to the highest point in each of the 32 Counties in Ireland.

Already at the half way point, the Ireland to Everest Team would like to invite you to join us for Steps 16 & 17, Co. Cavan & Fermangh on Easter Saturday and on Steps 18 & 19, Co. Derry & Tyrone on Easter Monday.

They will be ascending to the peaks of Cuilcagh (665 metres) and Sawel Mountain (678 metres) respectively and welcome local participation in these events, particularly with sponsorship cards, collections and actual climbing if you so desire.

Please note that you should have a reasonable level of fitness/mobility to take part.

Once the guys have completed the 32 steps in Ireland, their journey will continue by climbing five other mountains on five continents with their final destination being the summit of Mount Everest.
