Ballycastle to Glenarm

Link Section offering a poor weather alternative to the Moyle Way following rural roads along the east coast through villages of Cushendun and Cushendall.

It also acts as a Link Section between the end of Quality Section – Moyle Way at Waterfoot and the start of Quality Section – Glenarm to Ballynure incorporating Antrim Hills Way.

There are good transport connections along this Link section.

From Waterfoot to Glenarm walk via Garron Road, Tower Road, Garron Road, Largy Road, Carnlough, Marine Road, Bay Road, Straidkilly Road, Glenarm

Linking to the Next Section

To travel onwards from Ballycastle to Glenarm take Ulsterbus Service 252 Antrim Coaster. This service operates Monday to Saturday year round, Sunday service operates from 5th July to 20th September.

This service stops at Waterfoot, Ossians Avenue which is ideal for those joining this Link Section from the Moyle Way.
