Route Description

This is a Link section therefore walkers are advised to make use of the public transport links between Scarva and Aughnacloy.

The best route is to continue walking along Quality Section – Newry Canal Way to Portadown where direct public transport links are available. All transport links to Aughnacloy pass through Portadown so walkers should continue walking along this excellent off-road route.

The alternative is to follow an intricate series of rural roads taking in Tandragee, Clare Glen, Armagh, Killylea and Caledon.

The route is not signposted on the ground.
