These parks (10 ha) are managed parks that are all adjacent to each other alongside the shoreline. They lie between the Glenarm Road and Larne Promenade. There are seats, a children's play area, a bandstand and tennis court with paths extending in all directions.

There is no set route or waymarkers within the park area but paths are clearly visible and extend downslope to the Promenade and on to the level area higher up.
Dogs to be kept on a lead.

Entrances are adjacent to the Glenarm Road (A2), also from a car park on the Coast Road and from Tower Road beside Larne Leisure Centre.
Toilets and vending machines are available at the Leisure Centre which is at the far end of the promenade. There is a Mace shop on the Glenarm Road.
