For anyone who missed our Big Spring Walk now is your chance to get signed up for the Big Summer Walk!
Grab your boots and see a different side to the Belfast Hills during their Big Summer Walk on Saturday 8th July. Visitors to the hills will be able to choose one of the three guided walks on offer, provided by Ligoniel Improvement Association, Cave Hill Conservation Campaign and National Trust Belfast, supported by Belfast Hills Partnership.
The Belfast Hills are rich in heritage, archaeology and folklore as well as outstanding beauty with plenty that you may not have discovered yet. There are three walking routes to choose from:
- Ligoniel Dams
- Cavehill
- Divis & the Black Mountain
On each walk our guides will tell you all about what makes each area unique and connectivity within the hills.
The three walks will take place simultaneously with each walk beginning at 10am and finishing up at the Wolfhill Centre two hours later. Guests will then be able to find out what the future connectivity proposals for the hills will be and have a chance to speak to the guides. Light refreshments will be provided.
All walks are FREE to attend, however booking is essential as spaces are limited: Click here to book via Eventbrite
