Cuilcagh to Boardwalk Trail Closure

Unable to connect across summit of Cuilcagh to Boardwalk due to closure of trail

Path Closure from Starbog Road to Mullaghsandall Road, Larne

As a new wind turbine is installed in the coming weeks, walkers should be aware that there will be a section of trail closed along the IAT Ulster-Ireland / Antrim Hills / Ulster Way from Starbog Road to Mullaghsandall Road, Larne.

We shall update this when the trail has reopened.

Step improvement works near Dunseverick harbour on Causeway Coastal Way

Improvement works to a run of steps leading down to the grassland below the road that winds down to Dunseverick Harbour are to be carried out over the next 4 – 6 weeks. Diversions will be posted directing walkers to an alternative route that will bring them onto the grassland and down toward the sea.

Temporary Closure of Lough Navar Scenic Drive on 24/09/2022

The Lough Navar Scenic Drive will be closed from 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday 24 September to facilitate the FEARmanagh endurance event. The Geopark apologises for any inconvenience.
