Highway to Health, Mater Hospital, The Chaim Herzog Walk
This urban walk is part of the Highway to Health Scheme – a simple and innovative scheme which aims to encourage people of all ages to walk for leisure and good health. It uses pole signs at one kilometre intervals on an established route.
This walk around the Mater Hospital area is to aid health promotion to staff, patients and visitors

Starting outside the McAuley building, go from the bottom of the Crumlin road, turn left onto the Antrim Road and follow it round towards the Belfast Royal Academy. Just past here, turn left onto Clifton Park Avenue, and then left again onto the Crumlin Road.

Start at the main door of the McAuley Building of the Mater Hospital.
