Rousky Walk
A peaceful off road route, leaving from the hamlet of Rousky and winding its way down the valley side to the Owenreagh River.

Start the route by following the farm track, adjacent to an information panel showing the route in the hamlet of Rousky. Follow the track downhill, passing over several large stiles, until reaching the bottom of the hill and a grassy area. Follow the waymarker posts leading you along the river bank to reach a gated bridge that crosses the Ownereagh River. Cross the bridge and begin to ascend the valley side. There are more large stiles to cross and a very steep upland section. Continue to follow the waymarker posts along stone paths to reach the end of the route at the Lenagh Road. Retrace your steps to get back to the start.

- There may not be a formalised path, and variable, single file trails are to be expected.
- Gradients and cross slope could be expected to be steep and not limited.
- Obstacles and surface breaks of greater than 75mm measured across the line of the path to be expected.
- Overhanging branches are possible. Passing places and rest areas may not be formalised or provided.

Rousky Walk
A short walk (1 mile approx.) starting on the outskirts of Rousky village following the way markers down the lane through farmland to a lovely area of natural wood fringed by coniferous forest and then onto the banks of the Owenreagh River. Crossing the small bridge that straddles the river and heading up the hillside path and through some hill farmland onto the Lenagh Road. Returning back to the car along the same route.
