Walk Route
Sloughan Glen
An “Areas of Special Scientific Interest” (ASSIs). A short walk from the carpark to the falls via a fenced gravel path. Can be viewed from above via steep access steps. Be aware, that recently acces to this area and the watefall was prohibited due to landslides and fallen trees. The day I visited (Aug 2023) it was evident that the area had been demarked with safety signage and barricade tape however I was still able to safely access and photograph the waterfall.
A remote location and not that easy to get to, the roads are fairly narrow in places.

My wife and went to the Glen a couple of days ago, what an enchanting experience, quiet and peaceful. A really beautiful place to visit.
